We store your data with a state-of-the-art picture archiving and communications system. No matter which of our services you use, your images are stored electronically on our secure, archive database for reference. Your doctor or specialist can access them as necessary, now or in the future. After your appointment, you will receive a selection of images on film or CD for your doctor to review, with your report being sent electronically or by fax.
At Dr Glenn & Partners we care for the environment and so to help reduce waste we have introduced a patient portal that allows you to store all your medical history with us electronically.

Who creates my account?
Our reception team at the clinic you attend facilitate the creation of patient portal accounts. You will then receive by email the URL to the Patent Portal and activation code.
How do I activate my account?
Follow the instructions indicated in the email you received from the clinic. Go to the Patient Portal URL. Type your activation code. Create a username and password. Log in to the Patient Portal.
How can I change my password?
Follow the instructions on the login screen under “Forgot Password?”
What if I forget my username?
You will receive your username and password in the password recovery email.
What if I forget my password?
If you cannot remember your password, click Forgot My Password link on the Home page. Follow the steps. You will receive an email with a temporary password that you can use to log in and reset your password.
How can I delete my account?
To delete your account, you must contact your medical clinic.
How can I update my personal information?
Please contact our clinic should you need to update your personal information.
How can I access my reports?
Your reports are in My Exam History. Click an exam to see the corresponding reports and images.
Can I download my reports?
No, but you can copy and paste the report or print it from the browser.
I already had my exam. Why can’t I see my report?
Your report is available 7 days hours after your exam is finalised.
How can I access my images?
Your images are in My Exam History. When you click an exam, you have access to reports and the corresponding images. Images are presented as thumbnails that you can click to increase the size of the image. You can also pan and zoom images.
Can I download my images?
Yes. In the Image Viewer, click the Download button.
What actions can I perform on an image?
You can pan and zoom images. You can also swipe right or left to see the next or previous image within the same exam, if applicable. On mobile devices, you can pinch the image.
